my reservations for
spa treatments?
Spa reservations may
be made on-line or
by calling
800.527.4884.
Guests are
encouraged to
schedule treatments
well in advance.

What should I
wear to the spa?
Come comfortable. A
robe and slippers
will be provided
when you arrive.
Disrobing for spa
services is at your
discretion. Your
body will be covered
at all times with
only the area being
treated exposed.

When should I
arrive for my visit?
Plan on arriving 15
minutes prior to
your scheduled
appointment to allow
yourself time to
check-in before your
treatment.

What is the
cancellation policy?
Because your
appointments are
reserved
specifically for
you, we require that
you notify us 24
hours in advance
should you need to
cancel or reschedule
an appointment.
Cancellations or
changes with less
than 24-hours notice
will be charged 100%
of the service. All
no-shows will be
charged 100% of the
scheduled service.

Who will be
performing my spa
treatment?
All treatments are
provided by male and
female licensed,
professional
therapists. If you
have a gender
preference, please
make that request
when you schedule
your appointment.

Are the
products used in the
Spa treatments
available to
purchase?
Many of the products
used in our
treatments are
available in the Spa
to purchase so you
can continue to
enjoy your new
treatment regimen at
home. |
