Appointments
Guests are encouraged to
schedule treatments well in
advance, preferably at the
time room reservations are
made. All services are
subject to availability and
subject to change. Please
call 508-945-6737.
Cancellation Policy
Because your appointments
are reserved specifically
for you, we require that you
notify us 72 hours in
advance should you need to
cancel or reschedule an
appointment. Cancellations
or changes with less than
72-hours notice will be
charged 100% of the service.
All no-shows will be charged
100% of the scheduled
service.
Policies
Use of the facility,
including the fitness room,
fitness classes, massage
services and body therapies,
is reserved for the
exclusive use of Chatham
Bars Inn guests ages 16 and
older. All prices are
subject to change. All
services will be billed
directly to your hotel room.
Enhance Your
Experience
Plan on arriving at least 30
minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment to
allow yourself time to check
in and change before your
treatment. This will also
ensure that you receive your
full service time as
treatment time for late
arrivals may be shortened.
Please shower prior to
any waxing or massage
treatment.
All of our therapists are
certified. They have been
trained in professional
draping techniques to ensure
your comfort and privacy.
Let us know at the time of
booking if you prefer a male
or female therapist. We will
make every effort to fulfill
your request.
We recommend that you
drink at least twelve ounces
of water prior to and
following a treatment and
avoid vigorous activity for
at least one hour after any
heat treatment.
Please notify our spa
staff at time of booking of
any medical conditions,
allergies or injuries which
could affect your service.
Certain treatments are not
recommended if you are
pregnant, have certain
medical conditions or are
taking certain prescription
medication. Clearance from
your physician may be
required.
