Resort Fees
Chatham Bars Inn charges a
nominal resort fee ($18.00
per single/double occupied
room or $28.00
per triple plus occupied
room July – August; $9.00
all other months) for the
following amenities and
services:
- Unlimited local
telephone calls
- Long distance
access, including 800
numbers
- Complimentary USA
TODAY
- Access to Fitness
Club
- In-room safe
- Incoming faxes
- Wireless Internet
access
- Complimentary
shuttle to Chatham
Village
- Daily resort events
through the Concierge
- Complimentary
morning coffee in the
South Lounge
- Daily turndown
service with bottled

- Beach launch shuttle
to outer beach

during the summer months

Deposit &
Cancellation Policy
June 20 to August 31
One-night deposit
required to confirm
reservation. 50% due
60 days prior to
arrival. Final payment
due 30 days prior to
arrival.
Reservations may be
cancelled up to 60 days
prior to arrival less a
$50 fee. Cancellation
inside of 60 days will
forfeit entire deposit.
September 1 to June 19
One-night
deposit required to
confirm reservation.
Final payment due 7 days
prior to arrival.
Reservations may be
cancelled up to 48 hours
prior to arrival less a
$25 fee. Cancellations
within 48 hours will
forfeit entire deposit.
Minimum Stays A
minimum stay is
generally required for
holidays, weekends, and
during our summer
season. Holiday periods
include the following:
Presidents Week,
Memorial Day, Labor Day,
Columbus Day,
Thanksgiving, and
Christmas/New Year’s
week. Tax
Information There
is a 9.7% local and
state tax applicable to
all guest room rates.
This tax is subject to
change without notice.
All meals are subject to
a 5% Massachusetts State
Meal Tax. Credit
Card Policy
Chatham Bars Inn accepts
the following credit
cards: American Express,
Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, Diner’s Club.
Extra Persons Charges
Room occupancies vary
based on room types.
There is a charge of
$100 if the room
occupancy level is
exceeded. There is a fee
for cots. Check-in
and Check-out Times
Check-in is after 4:00
PM. Checkout is 11:00
AM. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted
on the premises.
